How to Rent?

Rental Checklist:

  • Rental Agreement (RA)*

  • Credit Card (CC)*

  • Valid Identification (ID)*

  • References (x3)

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)

The names on the RA, CC, & ID all need to match!

MUST BE SUBMITTED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO PICKUP

THE BREAKDOWN:

STEP 1:

  1. Fill out an order form on our website. After we receive this, a rental tech will reach back out with an estimate to start the conversation.

  2. If you already have a completed gear list, you can send it in an email with the dates of your shoot and when you can pickup/return - _____@parallelsupplies.com

STEP 2:

  1. Once you submit your order request, an agent will reply with an estimate and some additional paperwork. Fill out this paperwork to finish setting up your account.

  • RA

  • Sample RA (for your convenience)

  • Estimate with Replacement Value Total

  • Sample COI

STEP 3:

  1. Forward replacement value and Sample COI to your insurance provider. Let them know that you will be renting from us and request the following:

  2. Please issue Parallel Supplies a COI listing them as “Additional Insured and Loss Payee”.

  3. Please show the “Rented Equipment Coverage” on the COI.

    • The Replacement Value list will clearly show them how much equipment needs to be covered and the Sample COI will demonstrate what limits and coverages are required.

STEP 4:

  1. Fill out the Rental Agreement completely.

    • You can reference the Sample COI we provided you with for any examples or additional questions.

    • Please don’t forget to add any and all references as this is the best way for us to verify your authenticity.

STEP 5:

  1. Email us all of your completed paperwork. Paperwork must be submitted one business day (or 24 hours) in advance to the pickup time on your order

    • We will not run anything on your card unless agreed upon in advance, but we need it for verification/collateral in the mean time.

STEP 6:

  1. Our checkouts begin after 1pm and we close at 5pm so be sure to give both parties ample time!

    • Return times - must begin before noon to avoid any late fees.
